Uneducated staff, they give you wrong advice, they are unprofessional during the swab period and they don't answer the phone even to pay for them

Unfortunately it is not possible to type less than 1 star. Immeasurable incompetence. The pharmacy in question offers the "convenient" possibility of carrying out swabs using a package to facilitate the customer. The fact is that I paid for a pack of 5 tampons (4+1 free) IN ADVANCE, only to find myself without the aforementioned service. The obviously foolish operator (if not simply in bad faith) did not provide me with a receipt, which apparently was essential for the service, making me appear to be a walking beggar for swabs. Upon request for explanations, they told me that the swabs would have to be paid for individually, until I got the +1 free, so I wouldn't have to pay any fee in advance... Furthermore, the dear operator had the courage to deny her mistake, denying my words and ridiculing me in front of the rest of the customers. I specify that the fee paid amounts to €45. (Obviously lost)

Prices a little high compared to other pharmacies in the country... poorly stocked, staff not very helpful even in giving advice

Thieves 1 pack of sideral forte €26.50 on Amazon with all shipping 5 euros less, shame on you! Don't go there.
