The absolute WORST apotheke in Florence, do not go here. I came here to buy dental floss which was more than 6 euros for a single box of floss and picked up a tester of perfume which was clearly labeled as a tester. The drugstore clerk ran from behind the counter, snatched the product from me in a very aggressive way and said "you cannot use the product" and told me to get out of his store. I did absolutely nothing wrong and am shocked that I would be treated so poorly and that he would attempt to charge more than 6 euros for a box of dental floss, that is the most Insulting part.
The staff was friendly, the test was very carefully done, I had some questions about the green pass, they addressed all correctly. That is all I expect from a pharmacy.
Good hotel..easy to access but not have wifi in hotel room,only havr wifi in lobby
If you are into food, it is well worth a trip here to see all the fresh food, wonderfully displayed.
Super kind, they managed to find me a rare drug that I had difficulty finding, while all the other pharmacies I went to told me there was no solution. Super competent people who do their job with dedication. Thank you.
