I enter and head to the counter. I'm the only customer and there are four pharmacists behind the counter, I start talking and another customer who I don't see arrives and I understand that she is making some gesture. The pharmacist asks me if I took the number. No, I'm sorry but I didn't see the machine and it lets the other guy go ahead. Well done, that's how it's done, but you don't see me anymore. You could be sheriffs.

So, I went for a supplement that cost 9.90 on the package, and they didn't want to take a single cent from me, while in another pharmacy I later paid €8.50 discounted. Then another time I ordered a syrup for the dog by phone, he made me wait on the phone to check availability and cost, he told me that it was available and cost 29 and discounted 28 "so much for the discount😥" and that in any case he would arrive in the evening at 6pm, then at 6pm my father goes to collect it, and they tell him; that they no longer produced that brand and to have another one prescribed!! then we went to another pharmacy and ordered it for €27 without a problem and I collected it easily the following morning!! Then again with a recipe of 2 boxes of urdes (not 1 equivalent) which only cost 80 cents, they took the liberty of telling my father that the one in the recipe was an equivalent (a colossal lie) even if it were true he could very well have given the generic, instead he gave my father 2 which cost €2.50, in short the most expensive of all N.B: Basically according to my experiences; this pharmacy, in addition to not being well stocked, is also a little incompetent, with discounts equal to "0"

Very rude staff every time I visit you, very fast pharmacists, and it should be noted even today that if they have to deal with some foreigner, they make it clear to you in the way they speak, as if we don't understand them... It exists still racism in 2023 🤦🏼‍♀️
