The lady who served me was very friendly and was able to help me quickly with my problem. Unfortunately I had to wait in line for a long time because there was only one lady there, the queue went outside. That's why I only give it 4 out of 5 stars. but otherwise it was great👍

We were on holiday for a week at the Lido di Savio, Concord hotel, we needed the insulin we had forgotten at home and the doctor who owns the pharmacy provided us with maximum assistance! Super pharmacy and super pharmacists who work inside!

I went to this pharmacy to buy some eye drops for a problem and I assume it was the person who runs the pharmacy who responded to me in an aggressive tone that was not appropriate for the conversation at that moment. I recommend going to the younger girl because she is much nicer.

For a few years I have been coming on holiday to Lido di Savio. I wanted to thank the very kind doctor who always gave me excellent advice like a family member. My husband and my son were ill and she, with professionalism and common sense, was able to advise me on the best , without ever taking advantage of it, as unfortunately often happens.
