Despite what I read in some of these reviews I must say that my experience with these gentlemen today was more than satisfactory. I went there very early to buy some fresh royal jelly. I get home, open it, use it, only to then realize that the expiry date was too close to the completion of the treatment: essentially the product expired in a month and I would have had to do the treatment for three months or more or less, considering that I had bought the 30 gram bottle. I then noticed this at home, after opening the bottle and taking my dose. At the beginning they hesitated a bit whether to change it or not, whether to at least try, then I took courage and went there humbly explaining my situation, and I must say that although I revealed that I had opened the bottle, the gentlemen proved to be available. coming up to me and ordering a new bottle for me in the afternoon without charging me again. I thought about how much it was my right to receive treatment like this, but maybe some other pharmacist would have attacked the fact that I had opened the bottle, even if they couldn't sell it, but thinking about it, that doesn't mean they couldn't sell it, maybe for several people at the same time, three, before the deadline, or at a super discounted price, but in my case it was only for me... In short, right or wrong, the fact is that I left that pharmacy happy, satisfied, and certain that I would be there went back to buy royal jelly since I'm not a big buyer of drugs. So thank you. I noticed that they have redone their look, that they have updated the place, and then one thing that I like about this pharmacy is that you always find it open, even on Sundays, and in the evening, and this is very convenient. I also noticed the presence of some new young men, considering that it is not the first time I have used them, but this was already understood, which is not a problem at all. And then also a girl like them I had never seen. The lady who said yes to the employee, I assume, and who I assume is the owner, was very kind and didn't seem to be bothered by the fact that the package had been opened despite the boy who seemed a little worried by the expression when he honestly told him I revealed that I had done so, I begged him to meet me in a humble and good manner, even ready to get a no but it went more than well and I thought to thank them to give them a nice five stars, because it's nice to be able to give good reviews, leave happy and be able to reciprocate in some way. Crazy, in Palermo I spend more on various objects than on food. The masks that cost around two euros per package everywhere, I was made to pay five euros, too bad I was passing through and didn't want to go somewhere else!

Maximum disappointment for the treatment of the customer! I purchased a pack of earplugs but I realized about ten minutes after leaving that not only was the package unsealed but some plugs were missing inside, I practically found myself with a product that had been tampered with and half missing! Of 5 pairs as described I find 5 caps! I phone the pharmacist and kindly ask her to be able to change the product for me but since I cannot return immediately because I was leaving I ask her if by taking some photos and keeping the receipt (sending them by email immediately to demonstrate) I can change the product in a few days since I it was impossible to return immediately! I am denied because the product must be exchanged on the same day! Not only was it their fault but they absolutely did not meet the needs of the customer! Furthermore, after having "specified" to the pharmacist that I did not want the tiny and useless shopper bag, I was still charged for it! Moral of the story maximum disappointment!
