The Doctors are extremely competent, kind and absolutely focused on listening to the patient. The pharmacy is always well stocked. The products bearing their brand are also excellent, especially those useful for skincare. Absolutely recommended!
I went to the Gioia pharmacy on behalf of a neighbor who was clearly unable to go or purchased a quick tampon. The next morning the neighbor calls me telling me that she is unable to take the swab because the bottle with the clear solution is empty. So I go to the pharmacy and there I discover that I am not refundable and they can't replace my swab because the swabs are sealed and therefore it's not their fault that this swab was defective... is there no return anymore? So for a sealed defect the lady will find herself having to spend more money. Congratulations to the pharmacy
They never have anything of what you are looking for: everything must be ordered and paid for in advance!!! They don't know what courtesy is and don't waste time making inappropriate and unsolicited comments. I won't go back!
