I also agree with the numerous negative reviews regarding the surly and rude behavior of the employees. I always avoid it if I can, even if it's more convenient for me than others. Today I went for a swab but, since Dr. Edoardo doesn't deserve them, I took the car and made the purchases from competitors. Luckily it's not just them.

I have been to this pharmacy several times and I must say that I have always found very grumpy people...today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I went to swab my children, I went to ask for information if the queue was the right one and where I should pay. They reply very rudely telling me "go to your colleague, I'm busy right now". I come back 10 minutes later because I forgot a medication. They can't scan the barcode and wanted to sell me the product at an invented price, higher than what it usually costs. I politely say that the price is usually lower and I am told "then I don't know what to tell you, don't take it!"..... how rude!!! If I could I would give 0 stars

Today I saw 10 people pass me by who had reservations for the swab test for a specific time following mine. When I protested, the employee with a truly rude attitude replied "go ahead, you're wasting my time". I'm speechless!

Terrible phone experience. I asked for the times of the rapid swabs and the response was quick and surly complete with a closed phone call without giving me the opportunity to ask another question. If you can't find the timetable written down anywhere, the fault is yours and not mine. I also wanted to ask for information on another service. I don't recommend, really rude

I took a covid swab, I wasn't given a receipt for the deduction when I asked why the doctor very rudely said that they can't ask everyone for a card, it's a shame that the previous customer asked for it and I had mine in hand but she insisted that she could no longer give me the receipt replied saying it wasn't correct and she got furious..never again
