Absolutely to be avoided with the owner, especially with regards to booking visits. She was on the phone throughout the booking... And the result was a huge mess! The demanding urgent surgery went in the bucket because he booked the surgery first and then the visit... everything in reverse with a notable distraction. Then blaming it on me who had to know the order of the visit... as if I were a doctor! Absurd no one knows how to do their job with decency anymore! The visits are already far away and one must hope for miracles, even superficiality is too much! Conclusion Some time has passed and my urgency is gone. Now another challenging one and let's hope for the best.

Terrible experience! First time I've been there and DEFINITELY the last. Unprofessional and rude pharmacist without understanding the slightest problem of the situation. I went to another pharmacy and they solved my serious and urgent problem. I had to put a star otherwise I wouldn't have given it one

I went with the doctor's recommendation for some supplements and after searching the whole pharmacy they offered me very expensive ones without asking me if I wanted to order more. I spent 70 euros for 3 boxes, two of which only lasted 15 days. After a little research I discovered that I could have spent 1/3. They recommended this pharmacy to me for the lactose breath test, I had an appointment to do it, think about May 2021, I called, they gave me an appointment after a week, it takes a week of a diet without milk and derivatives before doing the test , I went and found a very kind nurse who explained to me what I had to do, the whole thing lasts 4 hours, with blood tests (breaths) every 30 minutes, after 5 days. I got the result, apart from the length of the test, I had the opportunity to wander around the pharmacy and I must say that there is more, the nursing service offers multiple services, in fact I saw a lot of people coming and going, what can I say? with a cost of 70 euros I took the test and it cleared my mind

I went to make a Cup reservation/payment and they told me that due to the Covid emergency the pharmacies could temporarily no longer carry out the Cup service, they could have put a sign outside at least I would have avoided 20 minutes of queuing (pregnant too). Then when I went to the pharmacy a few hundred meters away they made reservations for me there without any problem.
