Entered the pharmacy, made a clear request for a specific product. The lady behind the counter starts babbling and wasting time in useless and sterile chatter instead of checking the availability of the requested item. During this chatter he also made a joke in poor taste relating to the product itself, demonstrating little empathy towards the public. The lady then carried out a search for stock availability of the requested product. After this check, instead of simply saying that the product was not available, the lady went on a rambling rant aimed at proposing the sale of an item similar to the one requested. The attitude I perceived was that of an incompetent person, bordering on intellectual dishonesty, who does not admit his own incompetence, completely lacking in empathy and with very poor relational and communication skills, which make him a terrible interface with the public, especially in a pharmacy which is one of those places where the customer would need to be properly advised and guided. Not recommended even for the most banal purchases.

Yesterday Saturday the 23rd at 4 in the morning I went to this pharmacy I found on the web. I was in Rimini for 2 nights and my 5 year old son had been awake for 3 hours due to toothache and ear inflammation, which resolved with a simple tachypirin. I wanted to publicly thank the person on duty who didn't simply do his job but left happiness in my heart during a sleepless night. Good, human, professional, friendly both on the phone and in the shop. And at night. It is not obvious. She also gave me advice and was super helpful. I have no words to thank you. Even if it was nothing serious, we parents are often apprehensive and she even managed to put me through it. 10 and praise!!!!

I discovered this pharmacy in September and I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Valeria. The shop is very well looked after and well stocked, but above all welcoming, which is truly out of the ordinary for a pharmacy. Competent, trained, kind staff always available to give advice and explain any doubts about medications. Very delicate in carrying out swabs and short waiting times. Great respect for Dr. Valeria and Dr. Osvaldo who always welcome you with a smile at any time. Super recommended pharmacy! Open every day all day with convenient parking.
