The pharmacy was recently renovated, tripling its spaces and offering its countless services in a welcoming and comfortable environment. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff are impeccable, it feels a bit like home and coming back is always a pleasure. Absolutely recommended!
"WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT HERE AGAIN": After going two days ago to get information on pierced ears for a three-year-old girl, this morning I went to the pharmacy with my niece. The doctor immediately starts making problems about the child's age even though I had specified the age to one of his colleagues two days earlier, and tells me that they cannot be done without the mother's presence. Having doubts that they might have given me incorrect information, I asked if the holes could be made at the same time if the child's mother (my sister) had gone to the pharmacy, replying "if the mother comes we can do them as you want even at the same time ". So we wait for the mother's arrival and once she arrives she starts to be much more rude saying: "if the little girl starts making a fuss I won't make the holes", my sister then says that there are no problems if they are made at the same time when the doctor begins to say that "IN CONTEMPORARY MEANS FIRST ONE AND THEN THE OTHER", as if Italian were not understandable to us. Because of this treatment we left, without holes and with the mortified little girl who wanted earrings so much. I feel sorry for the other pharmacist who was very kind and also tried to communicate with the little girl while we waited.
Easy to reach I went to take the anti COVID swab several times theirs are always.
Helpful, courteous and patient staff despite sometimes seeing many people in the queue (swabs). I'll happily go back even though I no longer live in the area.
Since I don't have a prescription, I ask if it is possible to bring the prescription the next day (many pharmacies do this as a favor to the customer they know) and I hear an annoyed reply "You have to tell me why you need it" (even if I had asked a psychotropic drug or a syringe) I explain to him that it is for a tooth abscess and trying to play down a decidedly heavy air, I guarantee, I say "if I had known I would have brought the orthopanoramic" with a haughty and apparently offended air (without reason) he replies to me saying "in the pharmacy you need prescriptions, not x-rays" throwing the 2 boxes on the counter. And thank goodness I was (was) a customer.
