Very bad experience. My mom and I had gotten an infrared thermometer and two COVID swabs. When the nurse told me the total (€75) my mother, who realized it was too much, said to wait to swipe the card because she wanted to see if there were any cheaper ones. Despite this, the nurse swiped the card and later did not offer to cancel the transaction or return the money.
I was in an emergency situation, having forgotten my medicines at home and being in transit I found myself forced to interrupt the treatment. The pharmacist's attitude was indifferent, non-empathetic, unnecessarily fussy
I have always found myself not well, very well, highly qualified, very professional staff, unfortunately this afternoon I went in with a double mask, I heard myself say out loud........"by chance you are positive", I had done the swab half an hour before.... Profiteers...!!? AVOID IT if you can go to the other pharmacies in the area do it.... This morning I went to buy a drug that I usually pay 3 euros for, in any pharmacy (even the one behind the square in Fregene) in this one it cost me double 6 euros! (In the face of my complaints I heard myself say "Goodbye") As well as being profiteers, they are also rude and grumpy... I repeat, go to the other pharmacy in Fregene, they have honest prices and above all they are kind.
