In this Pharmacy it is possible to carry out both 24-hour blood pressure monitoring (Pressure Holter) and the test aimed at recording cardiac activity (Cardiac Holter). With a simple phone call I was able to book both exams for my eighty-year-old mother. To meet my needs, the Pharmacy staff organized the assembly of the two devices over the weekend (from Friday to Sunday) with processing and sending of the reports already on Tuesday morning. The doctors were not only kind but provided my mother with a lot of useful information which served to reassure her and help her face these tests that she had been putting off for too long in a positive way. Absolutely recommended service and, what's more, at a price that I considered appropriate!

You don't understand as long as they never answer the phone. Given the social service they perform, this seems to me to be unacceptable behavior. I saw the answer (that's why you have someone available even for Boxing Day) but it's not what the doctor at the counter told me: she told me that she actually silenced the phone. They never responded from opening at 4pm until at least 5.30pm when I spoke to them in person. However, I reported the incident to the pharmacists' association of Pistoia and we will see if they agree with your actions.

I went to take a swab and discovered I had Covid. The two doctors immediately made themselves available as I wasn't from the area. Very competent, well-stocked pharmacy.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years, simply because it is close to where I live. However, I find that they often "push" brand-name drugs, rather than keeping the so-called "generics". But maybe I'm wrong. If they were to read this review, since they know me, perhaps they will broaden the choice of "generics", because every time I go there lately I have to discuss.
