Useful staff but the owner is really unprofessional. They do not assist you when there is need. Never use the 24h machine that is just outside the pharmacy. They put it there to steal your money. Never come back there !!!

I like it very much, the staff is friendly and the assortment is vast. They are also very helpful in reserving the product if not present in the store. I recommend, I have been a customer for years.

I believe that pharmacist job should be something else that you look at and judge. I went to the beautician to have semi-permanent make-up done on my lips, and if I have problems with herpes (they come back very often) he recommended acyclovir including it. After I quickly contacted my doctor, who confirmed that I was taking acyclovir, and said that I wouldn't need the prescription, but by chance if they ask me in 15 minutes he will send me via text message. I entered the pharmacy, the little woman with black hair looks at me, I say that I need acyclovir because I got my lips done (I think the lady thought that I had some filler or something because they were swollen, it happens) and the beautician recommended this medicine to me . The "lady" looks at me (it was a look like "what the hell do you want, you little foreign bitch of shit) and says under her nose something like "of course now beauticians think they are doctors". Since she didn't ask me if I have a problem with herpes, or if maybe I have A PRESCRIPTION - nothing, she didn't ask me anything, she went to the warehouse and started arguing with other pharmacy employees, she laughed a little and was like "disgusting" that how come a beautician can recommend some medicine. After about the fourth time I heard that "beauticians want to be doctors" I turned around, thanked them out loud and went off to the pharmacy where they treated me seriously, they asked if perhaps I had contacted my doctor (in fact, we called back and everything was resolved). All it takes is a little desire to work. With my swollen lips today I didn't feel well either, but as they treated me in this pharmacy I realized that it's not the lips that are the problem. Resolve yourselves, don't judge women because one has done her lips, or like me has put a bit of colour. I'm so sure that if I came with normal lips and asked without saying why they would sell me, just as they have already sold us other stuff in this pharmacy without asking anything. Then, dearest lady, beauticians are not doctors, but every now and then a doctor cares less about the client/patient, and even beauticians have been allowed to recommend medicines (especially when it comes to treatments such as semi-permanent tattoos, because it is not a make-up that can be wash with soap). It's a shame that you can't give 0. Ps however I see that it's not the only negative review towards your employee, I think it's always the same...

One of the most understocked pharmacies I've ever frequented. For years, whatever I happen to ask for, they never have it, everything always has to be ordered. Meh. Unsympathetic staff
