I have always found staff more than helpful. This morning Giulia was Top at the Cup counter; I had an urgent request but there wasn't a place anyway, I should have called to find an appointment, but without asking her anything she did everything, she called and made an appointment for me. Great service!

Poor service. Arrogant staff. Probably served by the owner who turned out to be truly rude in her tone. I went to perform a quick swab and was served with arrogance and disdain. The owner turned out to be really rude in her manner and I felt treated as if I had inconvenienced her. I strongly advise against it for people with a minimum of moral dignity...; also because I don't believe that by treating a customer badly you can achieve great results in a commercial activity.

Undoubtedly they are professionals, but certainly not from the organization. I went for a swab to verify that I was positive for Covid and I had to queue at the reception desk with other people to whom I could have infected the virus. After meeting the first pharmacist, they tell you that you have to leave the pharmacy to go to the building next door where at the end of the corridor you come across a closed door. I knocked and no one answered, so I went in. There was no one. I waited at least 5 minutes and finally a voice from afar told me to wait longer. Another 10 minutes must have passed before I saw a doctor who didn't even say hello to me, took the swab and left. Other minutes...minutes again.. still more until a voice from afar told me that everything was fine and I could leave.
