On Saturday 4 November at 10.13am I went by, checking beforehand whether the pharmacy was open here on Google, despite this I found the pharmacy closed, creating a serious disservice to me and to another person who urgently needed a medicine that he had lost. and for which he could not forget taking it. What happened was very serious, not the fact that it was closed, but that it wasn't reported correctly on Google timetables

When the desire is missing: I state that I am five months pregnant and today my husband operated so I go to the pharmacy to purchase what was requested after hospitalization, it was around 6.20pm and a doctor with short hair welcomed me: I showed the Cellini clinic but the lady refuses to provide me with one of the 4 products requested because, according to her, she couldn't decipher the doctor's signature, I also showed the health insurance sheet which showed the doctor's name but... nothing. ..I should have brought the prescription after going to the GP who, not only was on the other side of the city (I was passing through) but was closed and would not give me an audience until the following evening. Moral: my paltry 126 euros worth of medicines were purchased elsewhere (just 200m away) where I don't know if desire, professionalism or simply a sense of duty reign supreme. Rating 1: unclassifiable

I've gone several times and always had a bad time. Today I had to exchange a never used product bought a couple of days ago due to the presence of an allergen, besides annoyed and bored faces from the fact, they tried to convince me not to exchange it. I asked to change it for a propolis spray and...they got the wrong product again, unfortunately I only realized after opening it that they were drops. They have sinned of inattention once again, they treat with carelessness and little kindness.

I have been a customer for 36 years, if I remember correctly, Dr. Marco's parents were still working. All the staff very kind and efficient. Every time I order a product I can have it available within a few hours. When the work is done with dedication, the results are visible. Thanks for everything.
