The service is zero. I couldn’t understand why to make appointment if they are not following the time. The client must ask everything. Before to book appointment my husband read reviews and booked appointment to make a test in advance that I could just come in and make a rapid test and come home. We booked for test at 9:25am. When I came it was in front 4 or 5 people ( when I said that I booked appointment they said wait for your turn) My turn arrived in 10 minutes just to pay for test (€15)and I ask by my own everything because they are only interested for your payment. After my question what it’s next they said leave the pharmacy and on the road left which was from other of pharmacy where I waited for another one hour in cold weather along the garbage bins( I attached photo). About COVID regulations were followed well but quite disappointed with service. The phone number which is written is not reachable.

Staff definitely helpful, patient, courteous and attentive, always ready to give the best advice! A pharmacy in my case is a little off target from my typical review, however, when it goes there, it goes there! Infallible swab service, definitely over the top!

I bought a quick swab, the shop assistant went into a closet and came back with a plastic bag (probably assembled by her) without even instructions. But the icing is the price: €6.50 I will never set foot there again.

Good morning, I had to take swabs for work, I was very satisfied with the kindness of the staff, especially their willingness to offer you the swab service very early in the morning or in the evening. I can't find the right words to thank you, considering the critical period we are experiencing, this kindness and great availability are good for the heart, yours is truly a mission at the service of people in need.
