In this pharmacy, professionalism is the order of the day and the doctor who carries out the swabs has golden hands, she is fast and very delicate. I usually book through the Pronto Test site, but in extremis they managed to find me a swab at the last minute. Then the staff is exemplary courtesy, not only did they help me get the green pass online with my mobile phone, but they printed it for me every time (elsewhere they sent me back to the site telling me to figure it out myself).
I feel obliged to deny some reviews about the doctor who performs the swabs. I went to this pharmacy yesterday to do a quick antigen swab and the doctor was very professional, attentive to the patient and kind. 😀 I will be sure to recommend this pharmacy to my friends and relatives for the professionalism and speed of the swab
I have to congratulate whoever swabbed me yesterday. She was professional and very good at putting you at ease, delicate and professional. I hesitate in 15 minutes. It will be my responsibility to advise my circle of acquaintances in doing the nasopharyngeal swab in this pharmacy
The pharmacy is well stocked and the sales assistant who lends a hand is smiling and polite. I only give 1 star for the rudeness of the doctor in charge... I bought a thermometer and the second time I used it it indicated a low battery. When I went to the pharmacy to exchange it, he told me all sorts of things all day... saying that it was impossible and that I didn't know how to use it... It seems unprofessional of him to treat a customer like that... if a product sold by them is defective, yes it has to change and period.
