Helpful staff

The staff is always kind, always available and always timely in making the products ordered upon reservation arrive. I recently did a make-up test to try out a line of cosmetics from Verona, the girl who did my make-up was very good and kind and was able to best advise me on how to enhance myself and which products to use. Top!!!

On Friday 22 July I called to book a swab. I was told to show up the next day at 9.30 am which I did. The pharmacist told me to wait outside and that a colleague of his would be there soon. After 15 minutes of waiting an employee came out to warn me that it was not possible to perform the swab because there were too many customers in the pharmacy with several prescriptions and only two pharmacists. I replied that I had booked regularly and that when I arrived there was only one customer but it was useless. He invited me to try again during the morning but without ensuring the required performance. Taking into account the high temperatures and my age, 66, I found the attitude unacceptable. I will certainly no longer use the services of this pharmacy, preferring to travel further to have a better service.

Unpleasant and snobbish staff... I went in with my girlfriend to get a quick swab, and they treated us the whole time like we were plague victims. We came to this pharmacy due to lack of alternatives, but we will definitely find another one next time. I don't give one star simply because the pharmacy is very clean and well stocked.
