I strongly advise against this pharmacy, they are arrogant and presumptuous, after I took the number I waited half an hour I didn't get anything done, I had to book a visit they refused, inventing the excuse of an appointment, to give this Cup service, the ladies get paid from the health service therefore the money of those who pay taxes, I will inquire for a report of non-service, are absurd

I am not happy with the service received. I was waiting for an important medicine and they kept promising me its imminent arrival. They even said to call me by phone. I never received any calls. And when I tried to call (I made many attempts), I never received an answer.

I made an appointment for a swab but when I asked to receive the result on plain paper from the pharmacy without communicating the data to the ministry or generating the green card, they told me they couldn't do it. Yet the legislation provides for the equivalence of the two types of documentation...

Arriving 5 minutes before closing, I see myself lowering the shutter despite my request to open for an emergency for an injured dog. My pleas were in vain, while behind the glass the pharmacist turned her back and walked away. What a disappointment.
