I came to this city as a tourist and this pharmacy not only have staff who speak Italian, Spanish, German but also English. I am so glad to find this place Dr Destefani is very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Great service, great people and perfect location. I strongly recommend this pharmacy to any visitors and locals.

Unfortunately once again kindness would make the difference. Delivering two boxes of medicines with an expiry date of less than 2 months to a customer of around 80 years of age doesn't seem like a good thing to me. If this happens how can we be trusted for more important things? No refunds, no interest, we threw them in the appropriate bins and purchased them in the Episcopal pharmacy with an almost two-year expiry date.
The Rosenapotheke is very well located, right on the main street (Vahrn). Parking spaces are always available there. Service and advice from the entire team are simply TOP!! Help is always friendly and helpful here! Excellent all around and absolutely recommended!
