I received excellent telephone assistance from Dr. Fulvio regarding my online order. Once in the pharmacy I met Doctor Mattia who, thanks to his skills and professionalism, was able to recommend a product that solved a problem I had had for a long time. I have become a loyal customer.
Pharmacy equipped with online sales, advantageous special offers, especially regarding parapharmacy products, in some cases even 50% less than in the local pharmacy Friendly staff, even in telephone assistance and deliveries (if the product is available) in max 72 working hours.... in the cities. Important: you can also pay on delivery with a surcharge... Highly recommended.
As reported in various other reviews, the service offered is terrible! The package hasn't arrived, they don't send any confirmation or tracking emails and when you call them they respond in an arrogant manner, making fun and laughing and telling you that they don't give you any tracking (!) but what kind of world do they live in? Not recommended, I hope to recover the money for the order and I will never buy from these unprofessional people again.
I have never found it crowded and they have always satisfied all my requests... in the case of the Covid test they were phenomenal, in 15 minutes without a reservation I completed the procedure. It's true, they don't shine with empathy, but no one is perfect...
Snooty pharmacist. Rude . I canceled his order verbally. They don't even have some sort of exclusivity of what they sell, they sell products that can be found on a billion sites, SO THE CUSTOMER SHOULD HOLD ON TO IT. TO FAIL, AVOID AND NEVER INTERPELL
