Open late which is good, very grumpy staff though.
I was disappointed. I believe that pharmacy employees should be more attentive and polite when communicating with clients, especially in situations related to children's health. I hope that in the future the service will improve and such cases will not happen again.
Very bad. For a year, every month I have been going to this pharmacy for medicines for which I have an exemption and a medical prescription. The first month they only charge me €2 The second month I paid €2 with one pack and the order for the other packs to be collected the following day, during which they asked me for another €2. Asking them for information they reply presumptuously claiming that: 'you pay upon collection and not before'. It's not my fault if the colleague made me pay for the order and I also had the receipt. After several squabbles they give in. So on until this evening when: I go with the usual doctor's prescription in which there is an exemption and the number of packs of the medicine, when he tells me to pay €2 for a pack and after the order, the next day, another €2 for each package. I tell him that this has happened in the past and I invite you to read the decrees cited on the Lombardy health portal, where it is made clear that those who are exempt only pay for the package exceeding the limit of two for each prescription. The girl presumptuously invites me to go elsewhere. I did so and the exemption was applied. When you work in a business open to the public you also need to know other rules, not just the medical ones.
I go in to buy a mouthwash, I find it without asking for help, €6.90 discount, I think "how lucky", I go to pay and the total is 9.35, I ask for explanations and I am told that the discount is old, I go back to check and on the label the full price before the discount was 8.90, I ask for explanations again, pointing out the original price to the pharmacist but I am dismissed with a banal "we are redoing the setup, I don't know what to tell you, I'm sorry". First and last time I set foot there 💁🏻♂️💋
Pure madness. The senior pharmacist refused to help me find an alternative herbal medicine to the one I usually take for a skin reaction. He suggested I go to another pharmacy. At 11 at night though. He didn't even think about helping a customer in difficulty. I repeat, pure madness.
