As someone who just moved here, the pharmacy and staff were very helpful! I have repeatable prescriptions from private doctors and Farmacia di Castello has been fantastic. I can drop off my prescription and come back a few days later to pick it up (it's an unusual recipe so I assume it will take longer). I'm very happy that they are just down the street for our entire family. As someone who has just moved here, the pharmacy and staff have been very helpful! I can't give 5 stars just because when there are people they are very slow... there are long waits

RUDE staff on every occasion I stopped by. Today, however, I add another adjective: UNPREPARED staff!!! My partner went to this pharmacy for me, with three prescriptions for three different medicines, tonight when I returned home none of those three medicines were right. I wonder how is this possible??????

I found the staff and the director I believe to be very unsympathetic and at a certain point rude. They should understand that the work they do is not a simple "bureaucratic function" of drug distribution, but also has an ethical and human side. I solved it, obviously, in another pharmacy
