Grab a number on the way in for service. The pharmacist here was very nice! As tourists that had a medical emergency, we had to get some medication after eye surgery. The pharmacist got each item very quickly and then even tried helping us get a Taxi since the itTaxi app kept failing to locate a driver.
Not gentle staff. Selection of face cream was not a pleasure, the guy made me see that he’s busy, and my request was not important. He was useless in pharmaceutical cosmetics selection. I bought VICHY paying €26 and when I asked for a free sample of Lierac he refused and made me feel as I was asking him for a charity. Not going to come back anymore.
Nice, courteous service
After a pharmacist is keen to point out that his users are "customers and not patients", one can imagine the professionalism. Please, if you work all day, don't go after 8pm especially if you have more than two recipes. This is because otherwise they cannot serve you since a queue is created and they, being private, manage their "CUSTOMERS" as they like. Thanks to the pharmacist this evening who made a point of humiliating a patient once again for being a patient, as if he wasn't already a patient and that's it.
First time in this pharmacy and it will certainly be the last. The doctor to whom I presented the prescriptions, young and with large golden frames, not even a good morning or a smile. As they say, it never happened. With 5 boxes of medicines I had to ask for a sachet, despite the professionalism. His place should be in the back putting the drugs away on the shelves. I see I'm not the only one who writes a negative review, if I were Dr. Napoli I would ask my staff why.
