Literally scammed, making me pay for an antigenic swab for my 3 year old son, 15 euros. When 8 euros is expected (which I paid for my other 14 year old son, a few days before), all by inventing laws and ministerial provisions, which are completely false. X FURTHER, the swab was needed to return to kindergarten. Shameful!
Very rude doctor at the counter! When asked for a drug without even checking, he stated that he didn't have it... and that could also be true... moreover he questioned my allergies and my confirmed clinical pathologies and in a humorous manner he stated that since the drug in question is missing throughout ITALY and to produce it myself! Found the drug in the next pharmacy!
I went on Saturday to buy some rapid SARS-CoV-2 tests... price 12.00 euros each. Today at Tigre I paid €4.99 for the same test. Shame!
The positive thing is that they do the swab outdoors, unfortunately I called this morning to get the paper report since I hadn't been able to download the green pass and they told me it wasn't possible and then they hung up the phone on my face
