After wasting over an hour and a half in the hospital opposite, amidst incompetence, never a smile, but above all rules that only apply to them (so much for the NHS!), I turned to this pharmacy. I found a very kind pharmacist, who helped me without even thinking about it and who, with one look, totally changed my day! THANK YOU SO MUCH, REALLY! It's a shame that you live 30 km away, otherwise it would definitely be my trusted pharmacy! However, I will try to concentrate my drug purchases on the days when I have to come to Varese for visits. Thanks again!

I gave 1 star because there is nothing less Point 1 opening time written there is 7.30 I was in front while the owner was inside with his friends chatting until 8.20 and she saw me in front of the door, she didn't care if there were customers or not. Point 2 I needed a fairly urgent medicine I had the prescription nice health file I showed it to the gentleman he didn't even look at it he replied I want the original the doctor still lives in the free world of history according to him according to his law the health file is of no use I printed it the recipe and I came back it wasn't the same. But his friends went out with medicine, I bet without a prescription, for too long, due to his behavior I had to report it to the health service

Before, excellent fast service, the schedules were a little more flexible for the client but it is understood that there is a need to rest

This afternoon I was in Varese in the square where the pharmacy in question is located. Since I finished a homeopathic product that I've been using for a few days, I thought I'd go in and ask if they had it available considering that the sign says HOMEOPATHY the size of half a square. The pharmacist was not aware of the existence of the product and asked me what it was for. Thinking he wanted to offer me an alternative, I explained it to him. He started telling me that my problem was solved very well even without that product and that there was no point in wasting money on certain things. Shocked, I left. There are 2 considerations: 1) no one asked for opinions on the effectiveness of the product, if I'm using it, a doctor has obviously prescribed it to me and I'm benefiting from it, I don't care about a pharmacist's opinion 2) if you don't believe in the effectiveness of homeopathy, remove the writing from the sign or at least if you want to continue selling homeopathic products, at least pretend to believe it. It's not a great marketing strategy to challenge the fundamentals of what you sell in your store...
