Extremely rude. You wait with a fever, to take a swab, in a sunny courtyard at 40 degrees without a covering or a chair. Then they let you in with a 20 degree change. I asked the "doctor" if something couldn't be done... very annoyed she replied that she wasn't the owner. I then ask, "is the owner there?" No, he's on holiday....but if he's in a hurry, he can go somewhere else. Poor country. Too many easy 💰s take away courtesy. Very bad. But I'll go back to see the owner.

Inside the pharmacy there are penguins... while people wait outside with 38 degrees without chairs, without an umbrella for the result of a swab.... with a fever.... Do you know that with this heat it becomes even dangerous? What a shame. Not to mention the arrogance of a pharmacist who rudely replied that if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else. How sad.

To swab they make people wait for an indecipherable and interminable time in an unsheltered courtyard at 40 degrees. You're fine if you can hurry up in an hour. Shameful.

This morning I went to the pharmacy to take a swab but.. I say some damn chair do you want to put it? an elderly person sitting on medicine baskets another lady felt ill and even got verbal but we're joking.... they are also paid at least let's try to be kind

Doctor (no one knows how) blonde, blue eyes, presumptuous, arrogant, rude and abuses the role she holds. Avoid like the plague.
