Bad experience ...... new management, staff not adequately trained, evasive answers without any hint of going deeper to try to solve the problem ........ In many years I have never felt an incompetence as high as my embarrassment in front of these new pharmacists.......and obviously always different every day and that definitely doesn't help. .

IN RESPONSE TO WHAT HAPPENED TO ME THIS MORNING IN THIS PHARMACY: Asymptomatic subjects who: - have received the booster dose, or - have completed the primary vaccination cycle in the previous 120 days, or - have recovered from SARS-CoV-2 infection in the previous 120 days, QUARANTINE DOES NOT APPLY AND IS DONE OBLIGATION TO WEAR FFP2 TYPE RESPIRATORY PROTECTION DEVICES for at least 10 days from the last exposure to the case. The self-surveillance period ends on day 5. A rapid or molecular antigen test will be carried out for the detection of the Sars-Cov-2 antigen at the first appearance of symptoms and, if still symptomatic, on the fifth day following the date of last close contact with subjects confirmed positive for Covid 19. The pharmacy service is attentive, helpful and the doctors give disinterested advice. I also use the beauty center which is very good, with honest prices. Serena is a very good beautician. I highly recommend!!!!

Everyone is kind except the pharmacist with the beard, really rude, forget discretion and tact if you find him at the counter.
