I was already a client of Doctor Nebbiai and continued to be so when she moved to Montorsoli, on Via Bolognese. She and her colleague are always punctual and thorough in advising and explaining and have a fundamental quality: patience! This is coming from someone who (for both me and my family) spends a lot of time there 😅. Tiredness does not win over kindness and exchanging a few words, which is not to be underestimated for me. The services available include swabs, booking visits, health card activation, etc. They also have a good assortment of homeopathic and phytotherapeutic products and many gift ideas.
Excellent pharmacy experience also on alternative therapies, great professionalism, "kindness and helpfulness". I definitely recommend it.
The pharmacy looks more like a herbalist's shop, the owners are grumpy and sulky. It's a shame because being in a hamlet of Florence, it's not a very smart attitude.
