I was in this pharmacy for the first time on Saturday and I was struck by the kindness and professionalism of the two young pharmacists capable of managing an immense flow of patients without difficulty (numbers that I am only used to in Milan). I have never felt so much pain from a swab. Scarpari... plus rudeness on the phone and they even hang up your call. Now they don't even do the swab test at the doctor's request anymore. Very bad

I don't know which pharmacy you went to Antonio, Mattia and Valentina. I personally went there twice and they were very rude and the prices are higher than other pharmacies. If the staff hasn't changed in the last 3 years I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. PS I gave 1 star otherwise they wouldn't let me write a review
