Kindness, helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff, it was a pleasure to go there

After a year of frequenting I can say that it is the best pharmacy I have been to in the Chieti area. Cup service and wide choice of products, parking always available and friendly and attentive staff. I also noticed that they have a robot, a rare machine in other pharmacies which made me understand how much they care about investing in their business and providing an excellent service.

I had the opportunity to speak with them by phone to get news on a service that, unfortunately, they don't offer

the staff did not seem particularly kind to me (as mentioned by someone)... purchased loose bagged mask (without its own sealed package) in a generic paper sachet, moreover I seemed to have understood that the VAT on masks (FFP2) does not if you paid more instead it was applied to me at 22%... do you still pay VAT on these devices? or is it optional?

Oh God, talking about seriousness up to a certain point is a pharmacy that, unlike others, vaccinates minors with only one parent's consent without requiring the delegation of the other who is not in favor well 🤫🤫🤫 and then I wouldn't add the no vax people leaving home knowing that they are the least dangerous people because they are checked every 48 hours.......Seriousness is a completely different thing for me and everyone who knows about this story including other pharmacists who refuse to believe it because they are neutral and not discriminatory because perhaps they were polite
