I have been purchasing from this pharmacy for some time. Tonight I purchased Aciclin (zovirax generic drug). I pay 10 euros. On the box it says 8.5 euros. I called after a while asking for information on the price of this drug without saying that I had already purchased it. I am told 8.5 euros. At this point I inform him that I purchased it shortly before for 10 euros. Taken by total embarrassment, with approximate answers and without any justification, she replies that it is the old price, NOT UPDATED. On the box it says 8.5 euros... we realize this. Your lack of seriousness and professionalism, especially at a time like this, specifies who you are... denotes incorrect and anything but professional conduct. The price list is one and only! Therefore, if prices have changed, they must be relabelled on the drugs on sale. Whoever is responsible will be informed.
