Very tidy pharmacy, very attentive doctors, you don't have to queue, punctual service

It was a pleasure buying from them. Reliable, serious and incredibly efficient sellers. I placed an order at 5.30pm and the following morning at 11am I had the package at home: not even with Amazon Prime you have such a service. In addition to this, they have affordable prices and also include very welcome free items in the shipments. Knowing how to sell online and be so effective is not something to be taken for granted, unpleasant experiences often happen. Well done, well done, well done. See you soon.

My experience was good in some ways but disappointing in others. Some products have a very affordable cost. Shipping times are very fast. I am disappointed with the after-sales service because at the end of the order the invoice was not released in the private area and after 2 weeks of continuous reminders, I did not receive any feedback. I hope that not issuing the invoice is not usual practice, but just a mix-up.

Incompetence and bad management. I had booked a saliva swab and in addition to never finding my reservation again, (which was there anyway) they didn't inform me that the law had changed and the saliva swab can only be done on minors. They justified themselves by saying that they had just returned from vacation. I also add their rudeness for how they treated my mother-in-law, practically kicking her out of the pharmacy even though she also had an appointment for the swab.

Two stars only because they had a drug that I couldn't find elsewhere, otherwise I would have given it even less. You don't need them if you haven't bought a ticket, even if you are the only customer. They should highlight the ticket machine better because it's difficult to understand which one it is, there are advertisements attached, perhaps a message like "get your ticket here" would be better. Even when it comes to efficiency, they are lacking, two behind a single customer, leaving others waiting. Poor courtesy. I reply that on the machine it says "masks are sold here", which seems like an advertisement to me, and no other writing. Maybe you added it after my review. Then there is the thermoscanner, you say so.
