Staff is friendly and helpful. I have visited this location twice while visiting Rome for business. The staff takes their time with you. Aside from medicines and natural vitamins, this pharmacy is well stocked with beauty products such as Caudalie shower gels, and parfums. I was in need of relief from my allergies. The allergy medicine the pharmacist suggested worked within minutes. There is a 24 hour vending machine located outside the building that has medicine and other items available. The location is convenient and opens early.

Stupido italiano disrespectful with tourists. My girlfriend was sick so we walked into his pharmacy before a local woman who arrived after. The "doctor" (what a joke) laughed at us with the local woman saying something about tourists and helping her first even when she entered after us into the store. The doctor didn't even looked at us when we left, shocked by his lack of respect and racism against tourists. Avoid at all cost

It has been my pharmacy for years and they are always courteous, helpful and prepared. Doctor Riservato is a wonderful person.

Super friendly and polite staff, if some product is not available you can order and come by shortly afterwards to collect it
