Following the diagnosis of conjunctivitis received from the ED, I purchase some eye disinfectant wipes in this pharmacy, I open them directly in the store because I needed them immediately and one of the two wipes has obvious black spots, so it is obviously compromised. I immediately retreat to the cash register where the doctor suggests that I throw away the wipe and use the rest of the package, I point out that if one wipe is compromised the others could be as well, and it concerns the eyes, a delicate part, but turns a deaf ear, he says it's impossible, that it can't happen, I continue to tell him with the wipe in hand (with about 5/6 dark gray spots of half a centimeter, clearly visible and regular), that with all the conjunctivitis the spots can be seen very well and that they don't I'm blaming them but clearly there must have been a problem with the manufacturer and I want them to change the packaging. The doctor arrives with the same surreal tirade where she insists that I keep them and that it's impossible, I have to argue that it commonly happens that products can be damaged due to a factory error but nothing, she denies that it can happen and also offends me by telling me that you don't want to indulge in these controversies (?!!!) Moral of the story I start to get upset and finally they decide to give me a voucher as they didn't have another replacement pack at the time and have to order it. The first objective of a doctor should be the patient's health, not to avoid "losing" €16 (which you then just have to get reimbursed by the distributor by reporting the faulty packaging). What if I had used them and made my situation worse? WITHOUT WORDS.

I just bought a supplement for €20 only to find that the highest price elsewhere is around €14 and the average price is €12 This is why it is better to order online It's a shame because everyone is always very friendly but spending more for no reason is not possible
