Pharmacy on duty, I arrive with a prescription from the medical guard, long wait for the pharmacist to arrive after ringing the bell, she disappears with the prescriptions for an infinite amount of time so much so that I think she felt ill, also waiting to pay with the Pos. Arriving by car I discover who didn't give me any receipt, and so I come back to ask. I am told that there has been a distraction, the pharmacist disappears again, returns with a generic receipt (completely wrong receipt time) with only a total without any indication of the 3 drugs, with the words cash payment instead of POS and without any insertion of my tax code. When I ask for explanations I am told that I should have specified that I wanted to download the shopping into 730. Note that the tax code was printed on the prescription and therefore is always scanned from there in the pharmacies. Truly disgusting and shameful behavior, which I note from other comments is not an exception.

I wouldn't give any stars for this pharmacy, but I have to give one for posting a very negative comment. Due to the owner's total lack of respect towards me, calling me a thief when the mistake was hers. (alleged theft of 10 euros) I have lived and worked in Italy for more than 17 years and I have never stolen anything in my life, he was the first person to call me a thief for no reason and shouted it in my face in front of other customers. As far as I'm concerned, this pharmacy has ceased operations. First of all, respect is needed, not all foreigners are thieves. The owner should examine her conscience and take a cold shower of humility.
