Very bad experience. A month ago I purchased reading glasses with a velvet front panel, unfortunately after this time the velvet has come off only where the glasses rest on the nose. I went to the store and pointed this out, the sales assistant replied that they couldn't do anything and the company doesn't take the product back, and I had to point out that that type of frame has that problem, she was aware of it because she herself it has the same one but in a different color. I replied that if I had known about it I wouldn't have purchased it, also because I paid €30 for it. I left without an apology from the pharmacy, they didn't even try to give me a symbolic voucher, I ask myself and say you are selling a defective product, aren't you ashamed? My money was not defective.

Personally, I have been coming to this pharmacy for years, and I have never felt uncomfortable, they have never treated me badly as I have read in some reviews, or ignored by any of them. Indeed, what has always struck me is the availability but above all the patience in looking for the right drug or whatever might be right for me! Even during the pandemic, despite the stress and chaos that surrounded each of them in that period, they always remained professional and calm! This for me is the right place where if you need help, physical, mental or whatever it may be... where you can find refreshment!

Very qualified and very kind staff! I find excellent products, including phytotherapeutic and homeopathic ones, always available. They have a 360-degree vision of a person's health and well-being. Their preparations are excellent and they give excellent advice. I highly recommend it!

It is a pharmacy where you can find from allopathic remedies to phytotherapeutics with a careful selection of companies and origin of the raw material, from aromatherapy to flower therapy which are truly a rarity..... An exceptional galenic laboratory. The staff is trained and available.

Very bad experience! They reported this pharmacy to me, because it is well stocked with homeopathic products. Upon my request for a remedy for a 1 year old girl with a fever, the doctor only recommended Tachipirina. After explaining that he had never taken drugs, and that his parents treat themselves with homeopathic or phytotherapeutic remedies, the response was rather rude. I believe that we always need respect for people's ideas, thoughts and life choices, even more so when we experience uncomfortable situations. Even if he didn't actually have any homeopathic products, it would have been more professional and humane to give indications of where the necessary help could be found.
