Very helpful staff; they were able to source medication for my dog that other pharmacies could not find. They communicated via WhatsApp as well, which made things very easy and convenient.

Sorry I give one star. I had a second bad experience in this pharmacy and it's too much I will never go there again even if it's near my parents' house. It is true that it is full of patients but a little courtesy for those waiting for their shot should be the basis. The anti-covid regulations, apart from the mask, are not enforced, the swabs are done inside and distances are not maintained. The doctor does not recommend alternatives or ask why I take a drug but only asks for the money in the end and has given satisfactory explanations regarding the drug. For the swab there is another young doctor who is not very welcoming, and the working space is a bit confusing, it is true that the swabs are not 100% reliable but the confusion certainly doesn't help. It seems like professionalism doesn't live there. I can say that it is well stocked but the prices are a bit high.
