What makes their slowness and related waiting times worse is the ATM... a single awaited and disputed ATM, which among other things is a SumUp, acceptable in a boutique, but absolutely unsuitable in a pharmacy, where waiting times are multiply due to this type of transaction. But the worst is to come... during the interminable wait and a queue of over 7 people, the pharmacy phone rings (a tablet, the same one used to connect the SumUp), and as if we were all among friends, is answered VOICE ... The entire pharmacy, all the customers, including the walls, have heard the content of the phone call, listening to the pathologies, problems, requests and even the lady's name ... all done with extreme naturalness from the operator... evidently this is normal for him! To never again!

On some items it has promotional and competitive prices. In this period the most popular thing is swabs taken in the pharmacy... well I would have to object to that... I'm not the first to find a strange way of swabbing little ones, i.e. only on the throat... if you turn elsewhere immediately afterwards, you can see how the outcome changes. And this is a point against everyone
