I understand that you need to get some money back for the restyling, but I just purchased a syrup (Bronchenol) paying a good €14.20. It can not be done. You raised your prices too much. I'm sorry, but you have lost two customers who have been coming to you for 20 years.

I have known and used the Rota Pharmacy for years and I have always found cordiality, sympathy and competence and that is no small thing, furthermore I have always found everything, I have rarely had to return to get a medicine or an over-the-counter product, obviously there are products that necessarily must be ordered and in that case you must return. On 3/11/21 I went to the aforementioned pharmacy FOR an ANTIGEN TEST TO TRAVEL TO THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR VERY SERIOUS WORK...THEY SENT ME TO THE SACRESTY.(???)....AND INSTEAD OF GIVING ME THE PASS OF TRAVEL TESTS FINISHED MY GREEN PASS WHICH I ALREADY HAVE. IT'S THAT IN THE UK IT IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING...I COULD NOT BOARD I MISSED THE FLIGHT AND THE TESTS AND .100 MANDATORY IN THE UK...TAXI TO THE AIRPORT AND RESERVES HOTEL LONDON DAMAGES FOR A MINIMUM OF E.600...!!! AFTER 2 YEARS WITHOUT WORK THANKS TO INCOMPETENCE AND TOTAL LACK OF SERIOUSNESS... YOU MAKE CASH AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE HEALTH SITUATION... FOR PURE MONEY WITHOUT SCRUPOLES. SHAME..I WILL HAVE A LAWYER CONTACT YOU!!!!!!
