Twice I was told that the swab valid for the end of isolation must be booked on the "swab booking" platform following a medical prescription. Working at the Prevention Department of the Local Health Authority of Tuscany Center, I raised doubts about this (mis)information, but it was reiterated to me that the paid rapid swab without a prescription is not valid for the end of isolation. Incorrect information, even the region's website confirms that there is no need for a medical prescription or booking on the online platform, where among other things I don't think it is currently possible to book swabs at pharmacies. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SAY TO CITIZENS.

The gentleman lectures me every time about any drug I purchase, he is arrogant, presumptuous and even overbearing. I had already promised myself not to go back, then I decided to give it another chance, but this time I was really done. He is also a liar given that the product I was looking for, which the gentleman claimed did not exist, I purchased at the pharmacy further down the road! Do you happen to think that customers are stupid? Yet another missed opportunity, together with the customer obviously. If you want to buy your medicines, even those prescribed by your doctor, in peace without receiving judgments, unsolicited opinions and hasty moralism, stay away from this pharmacy where professionalism doesn't even know where it belongs. There are plenty of pharmacies in the center of Pistoia and in none of them have I ever found the rudeness that I found here.
