I usually go to the Chiti pharmacy, which I find wonderfully efficient and with excellent people!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend it to everyone. But this morning I was in the center and I went to the Nannucci pharmacy. Generally they have always been kind, but this morning I found a person so rude, rigid and not at all empathetic that I couldn't remain silent. I asked for something that he "officially" couldn't give me without a prescription....great. I don't accuse him of this, even if we could talk about it for hours...... He invited me to speak to the doctor on duty for "two minutes". Maybe he doesn't realize what country we live in... I told him that it was a problem for me.....and I underline that I don't accuse him up to this point. But his answer was "Ma'am, if it's HARD for you to go to the doctor's office, then it's HARD for me to go to the drawer without a prescription." Now, I have all the weapons to "defend" myself from these ways.....but how can an elderly person in difficulty find themselves with a person like that? For goodness sake.....the usual pharmacist respectful of the famous protocols, rules....certainly obedient to vaccination obligations and guidelines...... Whatever you want. But for me its value as a health care product is zero. Not for the facts. But for the SHAMEFUL ways, absolutely NOT from a healthcare professional. If I were the owner of the pharmacy, for me a person like that would not be a good element even if he respects all the laws of all the states of the world.
Incompetent. I went with a prescription to buy an eye contour gel, I was given a face cream at triple the price which, as per the doctor's instructions, I applied around the eye contour. The result was that I cried all day, causing acute dermatitis. Searching on Google I realized that it is the wrong cream, I have no words.
I'm sorry to see how this pharmacy has become, it was once the point of reference in the city.
