If I could I would give it 0. One month after the order (never arrived) they refunded me. They postponed my delivery from one week to the next. Not a serious company

Well-stocked pharmacy, it's a shame that the cup service is not guaranteed, as I think it should. I have found it closed several times, not due to malfunction problems but due to a "shortage" of staff, who evidently prefer to use them for the sale of products, which is certainly more profitable.

Super-stocked pharmacy with several branches and pharmacists, there is also the CUP and generally all the medicines available are available and otherwise they are booked and arrive quite quickly. There are also supplements, creams and cleansers for particular skin types, protective devices and medical instruments. Outside there is a dispenser for out-of-hours emergencies. The only flaw is that it seems like they have to sell something, sometimes getting the advice wrong and giving almost useless medicines.

December 18, 2023 I placed an order for a speaker, clearly I paid for it and as of today December 2, I still haven't received anything. I called several times speaking to various operators, who replied that the product is available and that they would request the shipment, but nothing happened. I sent an email to the support center asking for a refund of the amount paid and at least a prompt response, but still nothing. Terrible service, unserious and unreliable people, I will never order anything again.

I strongly advise against buying from them: lost package and absolute lack of assistance. Money never returned despite call after call to the help desk. very bad.
