To get a simple insulin I had to book it and wait 2 days to get it, it doesn't seem very normal to me

They don't say prices on the phone. I called to find out the availability and price of a drug and they replied that they don't give prices over the phone. This lack of transparency seems absurd to me.

Prices = red herring. Pharmacy Dr. max We went yesterday afternoon (5/7/23 around 3pm) to buy sun cream. The creams were displayed but no price below them was, according to the pharmacist, (a girl with straight brown hair with glasses) the right one. He was unable to tell us which cream was the one (coincidentally the least expensive) when we asked him which of those the lowest price read referred to. He continued to say that the prices displayed always need to be reviewed. In my house, if a price is displayed, you then pay that price, not another amount! And the next day those same "wrong" prices were still there. Stop deceiving customers, finance should take a look. However, in the end we left both the diapers and the creams there because we felt cheated and it didn't seem like honest behavior. We then decided to try again in the evening, hoping the girl was no longer on duty, and thank goodness that was the case. We found a lady who served us (with a non-Italian accent) who was very kind and was able to offer us a cream that was even on offer so we also saved by taking a quality cream that the "pharmacist" didn't have for us in the afternoon. not even proposed. I would say be careful about the staff you hire.

I was probably unlucky, but my experience in this pharmacy was negative if only for the pharmacist who served me. A pedantic, not at all friendly girl who was refusing to give me some anti-inflammatories that I had requested (which also did not require a doctor's prescription) was rude and rude.
