Great pharmacist, so friendly, attentive and helpful.
Some time ago, they gave me an expired drug, (this can't happen in a pharmacy) Yesterday I asked to take my blood pressure, (it's a normal thing in pharmacies) they invited me to use the paid self-service machine (which I don't even know how reliable it is), Today I bought a roll of pic plaster, (the kind that cost from €3 to €4 in any pharmacy) I paid €7.10 for it and then he sold me some Vaseline with a 400% increase compared to any other pharmacy, really honest
Disappointing. Apart from the sales staff who I must say are always quite friendly, I had a terrible experience with the doctor in charge of the swabs, not very delicate with my two 5 year old children, presumptuous because he thinks that only the swabs made by him are valid.. ...We did several in different facilities including the hospital, none made my children cry... Other people who took the swab with us also felt pain. A little more delicacy wouldn't hurt
Professional and kind but not the best in terms of availability
A little small and sometimes the queue ends outside the door. But all in all good.
