They don't even deserve 1 star, unqualified and unprofessional staff...we went to take the medicine prescribed by the doctor, they gave us an empty bottle!!!!, when we reported it they called the aforementioned "doctor" but this one said that they couldn't do anything and as a solution they sold us another medicine.. They are incorrect...don't go to this pharmacy!!
Very bad repeated experiences (I waited a year and a half before writing) where apart from two kind pharmacists (a blonde lady and a girl with glasses and curly hair), I came across a very rude pharmacist who treated me several times with little respect (I had also seen her treat a very elderly lady badly at the counter). Reporting things to the owner, I discover that he doesn't care because he told me four times that I could go somewhere else. For me, rudeness is unacceptable, especially in those who are in the public eye and practice a medical profession. I'm also sorry because the feedback received from customers should help improve the business by increasing the level of service, but here there is little care for human matters.
Two days ago I went to the Duse pharmacy to buy a Covid swab and a vial of "Di Base" vitamin. The pharmacist is the most RUDE person who can stand at the counter TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. This is the attitude: I ask how to use the swab and the answer is: "read the instructions". I ask if I can have Basic Vitamin D and the answer is: NO, without giving any explanation. I know well that the medical prescription is necessary, which I had in my bag but, given my attitude, I left and went to the pharmacy in via Andreini. Congratulations to the pharmacist!!!!!!!!!
I ask one of the pharmacists present for an anti-inflammatory drug. I also ask you for a container for collecting urine, adding that although I have a medical prescription, I do not consider the Cup reservation necessary as, being a blood donor, I would have brought the urine sample directly to the collection center on the same day of the invitation, as already happened. Big dilemma for the zealous pharmacist; requires a reservation because, according to him, it contains an indication of the type of size of the container, a necessary condition for proceeding with delivery. Alternatively, he advised me, I could buy it for "only" one euro and 50 (€1.50). In conclusion: I purchase the drug, regardless of the dissatisfaction with the embarrassing stance of the aforementioned, I pay €8.50 for it and, as if that were not enough, I then find the same drug in a parapharmacy at a cost of €5.45; As always, I can find the container for collecting urine, if necessary, easily and without complications of any kind, in another pharmacy nearby. Thank you all the same.
if you don't arrive with both the positivity and isolation documents from the local health authority in paper format they will charge you 15 euros to do the quick swab. (But if you're in isolation you can't go to the copy shop...) Clearly you find out everything when you've already waited 30 minutes in line because they don't answer the phone and don't put information on the internet. On Facebook you can only find information on creams
