Well-stocked pharmacy and very courteous staff, especially the brunette doctor with long hair. The best pharmacy in the area

Terrible service, adjacent to a doctor's office, when asked for a quick swab to be examined they replied that it had to be booked as if one were also booking the flu. Aside from the unconstitutional absurdity that to be examined you have to throw away 15 euros since the doctor then leaves you out despite the rain and negative swab, what is serious is that these people should also work for people's health. The idiocy of requesting reservations from people who are obviously unwell denotes not only a lack of professionalism but also a lack of intelligence.

I went on Saturday afternoon at around 6pm asking for a swab for my daughter. With little courtesy the doctor told me that since there were only two of them they couldn't do swabs (but then why do they write it?), she told me to go to the other Ponzi pharmacy in Torre Angela. I go, I'm in the second row, and I'm told that it's now 6.30pm and my colleague has to leave, so it can't be done. I point out that they had specifically sent me there from their other pharmacy, but the doctor shrugs and tells me that if they had warned them she would have told them it was late. Moral: no swab here too and it was now too late to go elsewhere. Rude and inefficient.

Terrible experience for the second time in a row! Very slow, disorganized and rude, especially the blonde doctor with short hair, really rude, nervous and opinionated. It's the second and last swab I've done in this pharmacy, I won't go back, not even paid! I have always waited longer than necessary, from 40 minutes up to an hour, for a simple quick swab I would say it is unacceptable! They do the swab in a way that is not at all delicate, and to kill the wait for the result, I recommend a sightseeing tour of ALL of Rome! I will never return again, absolutely!
