Excellent pharmacy. The master was very kind and helpful, he advised herbal preparations instead of chemical preparations. Very clean and friendly environment.

I have been to the pharmacy several times, meeting different staff each time. The doctor is very kind and competent and was able to recommend a product that I didn't know but was very effective. For the rest, despite the notable turnout especially at peak times, I always found people who were polite and quick, out of respect for other customers, but who were equally able to answer my questions or doubts with courtesy. In particular, during the pandemic, all measures were put in place to reduce risks and there was no shortage of explanations and advice, including regarding masks and vaccinations. Super recommended and congratulations to all the staff!

I agree with all those who reviewed before me, highlighting the rudeness of the bca leather workers towards the customer. However, the black doctor is always very kind, patient and knows how to give good advice. In other words he knows his stuff. Next time let him serve you. You will notice a substantial difference!

I recently purchased some antacid tablets which were frankly expensive. The pharmacist who served me gave me a discount of 0.50 euros to which, with a smile, I commented: wow! At that point, from the back, I think the OWNER comes out and says to the employee, with a PEREMPTORY tone, almost shouting: No discounts, OF COURSE!!! I, very embarrassed, apologized to the employee for having put him in difficulty, I paid for the product in full and I said to the blonde lady: you are in a public place where you don't raise your voice and you don't humiliate people! I will never set foot in that pharmacy again! I would add, the black pharmacist was always polite, very kind and very well prepared.

Unpleasant welcome, lack of interest in the customer, the gentleman who welcomed me today made no effort to help me. Not recommended
