A big pharmacy, nice sellers, they helped me a lot, and it’s near my house

..shame on a renowned pharmacy in the center.. I come on the recommendation of the doctor, who visits me out of hours at 7.30pm to buy medicine because it is oncology, I find it closed at 8.15pm.. I ring no one answers with the battery I look for other pharmacies with night shift and I find the poster of the pharmacies on duty for October 2023.. I'm not obliged to have internet on my phone to search for pharmacies with night shifts... I'm really speechless!..

Be careful when buying anything in this pharmacy. Pharmacist Giuseppe sold me the medicine with the wrong dosage, even though he had the prescription (you can't buy it without the prescription). I discovered it when I came to buy another box and after having done 6 infiltrations. It made all my doctor-prescribed and expensive treatment useless. He didn't even feel guilty and didn't want to make any compensation

Terrible experience! Never again! I went to get swabbed twice and I never received the message with the result. When I call, either no one answers, or the information I am given is wrong. I wanted to pretend nothing happened but unfortunately I can't after all this. This pharmacy definitely needs more attention towards the customer. Do you want five boys? A coincidence? Three bikes?

Let me start by saying that I stopped by at 9.30pm, my fault. I needed the strips to measure my blood sugar, the pharmacist was a young girl, she replied that it was enough, she was ready for the day at work, I could also measure my blood sugar the following morning... I hope the girl rereads some manuals medicine (perhaps that of young marmots is enough), insulin-dependent people know what I'm talking about.
