The pharmacy is beautiful, the environment is welcoming, clean and well organised. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help. They have a large selection of personal hygiene products, vitamins, supplements, and even a line of high-quality natural cosmetics. But what truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. The pharmacists are always available to provide detailed advice and answer all my questions with extreme patience and professionalism.

Shocked! They do not change doctors for non-residents, I was advised to make the request online, or to go to the ASL offices; I underline that I did not ask to choose a new doctor, but I pointed out that I simply wanted to change the doctor; the same service was performed in another pharmacy in Sassari! Very disappointed! I hope this feedback is helpful!

Excellent and especially friendly services. The only flaw is parking in zero radius

Rude and rude, without a minimum of courtesy and empathy towards the customer. They approach customers without the slightest kindness. Instead of being helpful to people, they act peevish and annoyed. Thank God there are other pharmacies in Sassari where kindness and thoughtfulness towards human beings always come first. I would like to remind this pharmacy that people do not come to them as a hobby but because they have a need. We won't set foot there again, we preferred to travel more kilometers but go elsewhere.
